Chocolate Farm Tour

This beautiful tour of the Rancho Raices family farm is not to be missed! The property is used for producing cacao and chocolate, as well as housing an overwhelming amount of other fruiting trees, medicinal plants and ornamental flowers, and also boasts an interesting cultural and natural history. 
A bilingual guide (usually a family member) will take you around the farm, and take time to give you any interesting information on any plants, animals or areas you pass along the way. The chocolate making process will be explained from fresh pod to a delicious chocolate beverage - which you will get to try at the end! 
You will be provided with delicious refreshments made from the farm’s produce, and get the chance to have a sneak peak into family life at an authentic Costa Rican chocolate farm.
