Isla Tortuga Snorkeling Tour
Isla Tortuga or 'Turtle Island' is located on the gulf of the Nicoya Peninsula, and is an absolute hotspot for snorkeling and diving due to its incredible array of marine life.
This is an all-inclusive 1 day tour from 8am - 5pm, that takes you along the epic coastline of Costa Rica where you will have the opportunity to see dolphins, sea turtles, mantarays and even humpback or pilot whales! You will then anchor up near Turtle Island for some snorkeling around a volcanic rock reef, home to angelfish, needlefish and other beautiful and interesting reef fish.
Once everyone has finished snorkeling in the clear waters, the captain will take you to the shore of the island where you can all enjoy refreshing drinks, fruits and a delicious lunch. You will then have a few hours to enjoy the white sandy beach, and can rent a banana boat or a kayak, take a hike or a swim, or simply have a siesta! You can then enjoy the return journey on the boat back to Santa Teresa and take a final opportunity to see more wildlife!
