Refunds:
If for any reason you need to cancel your trip with Irth Tours, please notify as soon as possible. Please note that when you book a trip with Irth Tours, we reserve your hotel room, transport, and excursions ahead of time. Cancellation Policy:
Guests will receive a full refund (less $50 administration fee) if they cancel their tour reservation for any reason prior to the final payment date (30 days prior to departure). In extreme circumstances, changes to this cancellation policy may be possible at the discretion of Irth Tours directors.If Irth Tours cancels travel after the final payment is due:
Guests can transfer to another trip that departs within twelve (12) months of the original scheduled departure and receive a $150 per person travel credit. If the trip the guest transfers to has a lower price, the difference will be refunded. If the tour has a higher price the balance will be due at the final payment date for the new tour.ADD-ONS
